Ahasuerus or Ahashverosh.
Don’t try pronouncing his name
without parental or Rabbinic supervision.

You could go either way with this guy.
On one hand, he likes the ladies
in a way that should never have flown.

On the other hand, he trusted his advisors.
On yet another hand Haman was
one of his advisors, and on another

of this seemingly endless supply of hands
he listened to Esther and foiled
the plot to hang all the Jews

and on, what may have been
a store-bought robotic hand
(God knows where he keeps them all)
he initially had approved this plan.

In the end, which for him
was a long time ago, and for us
is still a long way off, Ahasuerashvosh
(Man it’s hard to even type that)

landed on the right side of history.
Glance to your right an you
might still catch a glimpse of him.

Ahasuerus…(I think I just
broke my fingers) Our king when we
didn’t live at home.
